Manage or cancel my subscription

It all happens on the App Store side, never inside Ash:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Tap Subscriptions, then Ash.
4. Pick another plan, or Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. For a refund, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I paid but Premium is not active

First check you are signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. Then open the subscription screen in Ash and use Restore purchases. If nothing unlocks, write to us with the Apple receipt you got by email: we will check and fix it.

I lost my data

Ash runs on an anonymous account, with no email and no password. That is what spares you a sign-up, but it has one consequence: if you uninstall the app, switch iPhone or tap "Sign out", the data cannot be recovered. Nothing ties it to anything that could identify you.

Delete my data

On your phone, right now

In the app: Settings → Sign out. All local data is wiped and Ash returns to its setup screen.

On our servers

Write to contact@refacto.studio with "delete my data" as the subject. Because your account is anonymous, we will ask for a few details that identify it with certainty — that is what stops someone else from having your data erased. Deletion is permanent and happens within one month.

Report a bug

Send us, where you can: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened, a screenshot, your Ash version and your iPhone model. Precise reports get fixed far faster.

Android

Ash is currently available on iPhone only (iOS 16.4 or later). An Android version is in the works.

Ash is a tool, not a clinician. In France, Tabac info service offers free help from smoking-cessation specialists on 39 89 and at tabac-info-service.fr. Elsewhere, your doctor or pharmacist can prescribe and follow a quit plan.
